Positive: The house was super clean, well maintained and surrounded by lush, beautiful gardens and sitting areas. There was a view of the ocean and the volcano Teide. We could spread out in two rooms as there was a pull-out couch, and the accommodations had everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful in a rural setting.

Negative: The first time driving up the steep roads to the house was an eye-opening experience. But we soon became accustomed and enjoyed the privacy and beauty of the location. We couldn't access our data inside the house (probably due to the thickness of the walls) but the covered sitting area in the yard was a comfortable place to connect to our phones in the evenings when we weren't exploring.

Summary: Idyllic, beautiful one-bedroom house/terrace with amazing views; roosters and horses as neighbors.
